We recommend this transfer board for geriatric individuals that require assistance with transfers but are a little apprehensive about the process. It is designed to stay in place when a person is sliding from one surface to the other. The two slots provide a means of securing the board to the tire helping to keep it safely and securely in place. The broader transfer surface also helps ease nervousness during the transfer.
