Therapists from a large Rehab Center created this boards original design. It can be used by quadriplegics or others with limited upper extremity dexterity. The slots in the side are used for pushing the board with an open hand or with the wrist. The most common use for this board would be bed to wheelchair transfers. Length: 28”

Note: All of these unique transfer boards are hand crafted from Baltic Birch, an extremely strong, yet surprisingly lightweight wood. This allows us to create a transfer board about half the thickness of pine or fir, making it easier to use, easier to transport and lighter weight with similar weight capacities.
